Photo © Martin Crampin
1945
Two-light window with standing figures. Clement holds a book and crosier, an achor by his feet, while Margaret holds a cross and martyr's palm, a dragon at her feet.
artist: Christopher Charles Powell
Church of St Clement, Briton Ferry, Neath Port Talbot
south wall of the chancel
The faculty for the window is dated October 1945, and the cost of the window estimated at £200. It was suggested that Clement, as patron of the church, should be paired with either Teilo or Margaret, and designs for both alternatives were provided.
The design of the accompanying tablet was provided by [personlink:458:J. Wippell & Co.]
