The faculty for the window is dated October 1945, and the cost of the window estimated at £200. It was suggested that Clement, as patron of the church, should be paired with either Teilo or Margaret, and designs for both alternatives were provided.

The design of the accompanying tablet was provided by [personlink:458:J. Wippell & Co.]
