Beneath the Virgin Mary is a depiction of the holy family in the carpenter's shop; Mary of Bethany is depicted sat at Christ's feet while Martha is serving; a second figure of the Virgin Mary 'Mater dolorosa' is shown above the apostle John leading her to his home, the figures still on the three crosses in the background; Mary Magdalene is shown with long flowing hair, above the scene where she meets the risen Christ.
