Tentatively attributed to Percy Bacon Brothers by the authors of The Buildings of Wales: Gwynedd (2009).
Memorial to the officers of the Fourth Battalion. Royal Welch Fusiliers, raised in 1779 as the Carnarvon Militia and disbanded in 1907.
